🐊 RETRO FLORIDA
BongoLand. 🦖
A long-lost roadside attraction from Central Florida’s past: Bongoland, which operated from 1948 to 1952. Bongoland’s mascot was a monkey named Bongo. Created by Dr. Perry Sperber, a local dermatologist, the attraction featured a replica Seminole village, a small train, and several prehistoric dinosaurs made from concrete and chicken wire. This mini-theme park in Port Orange was perhaps too far off U.S. Highway 1 to attract the number of visitors needed to sustain it. Today at Dunlawton Sugar Mill Gardens, you can still discover dinosaurs from Bongoland.

Snapshot Conscious Swap. Is Google Earth Making a Perfect 3D Blueprint of Our Planet for Us to Step Into? 👁️
Some say life hasn’t felt real since 2020. Here’s a thought: What if it isn’t? For decades leading up to 2020, technology wasn’t just serving us; it was shaping reality in ways we couldn’t have imagined. From algorithms influencing decisions to virtual experiences blurring the line between the digital and the physical, we might be living in a world more crafted than we realize. It’s time to ask: How much control do we actually have?
All of these cameras and such everywhere including our homes are building digitized replicas of our homes and surroundings. A Digital World is being created for us to step into.
Google Earth, for the last 25 years, has been making a perfect 3D blueprint of our entire planet.

🤙🏾 WORD on the STREET
Glomp. 👐🏽
A "glomp" is not sexual in nature; it's the playful and dramatic act of one person enthusiastically (and often unexpectedly) tackling another with a big hug. It sits somewhere between a warm, affectionate embrace and a full-on leap, often with an element of surprise or even "predatory" energy. The term is popular in anime culture, where characters frequently engage in these over-the-top hugs, and online, it's commonly used in text to describe this exaggerated form of affection.
In real life, imagine Person A running toward Person B with the apparent intention of knocking them over, but instead, they scoop Person B up, spin them around, and squeeze them in a tight, loving hug.
PCwire Challenge use “Glomp” in conversation this week!!
